Warranty
All BSK air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps are supplied brand new and inspected against our factory quality standards before shipment. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months (1 year) from the date of delivery or commissioning.
Wear parts are excluded from the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: diaphragms, ball valves (check balls and seats), seals, O-rings, and other consumable components subject to normal wear during operation. These items are available as spare parts and should be replaced as part of routine maintenance.
If a product fails to meet the agreed specifications due to a manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the defective parts.
Lead Time & Delivery
- Standard models: ship within 1–4 weeks (working days) after order confirmation.
- Customized / made-to-order models: also ship within 1–4 weeks (working days) after order confirmation.
- Trade terms: EXW (Ex Works) – factory. Freight and logistics are arranged per order; we can assist with freight forwarding, or the customer may appoint their own carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Our pumps are industrial, made-to-order equipment and are not supplied as off-the-shelf stock items. Accordingly:
- No stock returns or exchanges are accepted for standard commercial reasons.
- For a confirmed quality issue, our technical team will evaluate the case and provide repair or replacement of the defective parts — not automatic whole-unit return or exchange.
- Any return of defective goods for inspection must be authorized in advance by BSK.

- Spare parts supply: full range of spare parts and wear components available for all BSK pump models.
- Technical support: remote assistance for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting via email and WhatsApp.
