Aluminum Alloy

Aluminum alloy material features low density, high strength (close to or higher than high – quality steel), good plasticity, as well as excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Paired with elastomers like PTFE, Nitrile, Hytrel, Santoprene, BSK aluminum alloy series pumps, available in sizes 1/2”, 1”, 1 1/2”, 2” and 3”, are suitable for applications such as oil and gas transportation, water treatment, neutral solvent transportation, corrugated case and ceramic slurry conveying, waste water treatment, filter press machinery, and raw oil transportation.

Stainless Steel Pump

316 stainless steel is food grade. Used in various water supply equipment and medical equipment, 316 stainless steel is more wear-resistant than 304 stainless steel. Because of its relatively high hardness, it is an austenitic stainless steel. It will not rust because Mo is added to the material, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the stainless steel, and the maximum temperature resistance can reach more than 1200℃.
For BSK #316 STAINLESS STEEL series pumps, we have 1/2”, 1”, 1 1/2”, 2” and 3”, the wet parts, we have PTFE, Santoprene, Hytrel, Nitrile, Vition for options. Those pumps are quite suitable for strong chemical liquid , waster water treatment, ceramic slurry, filter press machinery, raw oil transportation etc.

Cast Iron&Carbon Steel

Carbon steel is an iron-carbon alloy with a carbon content of 0.0218% ~ 2.11%. Also called carbon steel. Generally, it also contains a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus. Generally, the higher the carbon content in carbon steel, the greater the hardness and the higher the strength, low melting point, good fluidity, simple melting, low cost and wear resistance.

Polypropylene&PVDF

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin made by polymerization of propylene, is a white waxy material with transparent and light appearance. It has the characteristics of non-toxic, tasteless, low density, high heat resistance, non water absorption and good electrical insulation.

PVDF has good chemical stability and electrical insulation, and is widely used in the storage and transportation of high-purity chemicals in the semiconductor industry. PVDF is mainly applied in petrochemical industry, electronic and electrical appliances and fluorocarbon coatings.

For BSK PP&PVDF series pumps, we have 1/4”, 1/2”, 1”, 1 1/2”, 2” and 3”, with aluminum alloy and polypropylene for the centerbody options. Our high purity polypropylene and polyvinylidene fluoride materials have excellent corrosion resistance in pumping highly corrosive liquids.
