FDA Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump

FDA pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying equipment, currently one of the most innovative pumps. Using compressed gas as a safe power source, it can transfer various corrosive liquids, liquids with large particles, high‑viscosity liquids, volatile, flammable, and toxic liquids without optical depletion.
BSK offers 4 series of pumps: standard pumps, high‑pressure pumps, powder pumps, and FDA & 3A pumps. Different wetted parts can be used for various applications. Thanks to the improved air distribution system and stable operating performance, BSK pumps are well-known in the chemical, ceramic, oil & gas, food, pharmaceutical, mining, water treatment, lithium battery manufacturing, building construction, etc.
For BSK FDA & 3A series pumps, we offer sizes: 1″, 2″, 2 1/2″, and 3″. The liquid-contact parts are made of #316 stainless steel. We use mechanical polishing Ra0.8 on both the inner and outer surfaces of the wetted parts, which ensures our pumps have good CIP performance and excellent self-draining, with no residues left in the pumps. This fully guarantees the safety of food transportation.
