BSK powder pump: efficient conveying for powder & granular materials, stable, easy to maintain, widely used in food, chemical and pharma industries
Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump A pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying equipment, currently one of the most innovative pumps. Using compressed gas as a safe power source, it can transfer various corrosive liquids, liquids with large particles, high-viscosity liquids, volatile, flammable, and toxic liquids without optical depletion. BSK offers 4 series of pumps: standard pumps, high-pressure pumps, powder pumps, and FDA & 3A pumps. Different wetted parts are available for various applications. Thanks to the optimized air distribution system and stable operating performance, BSK pumps are well-known in the chemical, ceramic, oil and gas, food, pharmaceutical, mining, water treatment, lithium battery manufacturing, construction, and other industries. For BSK powder transfer series pumps, we offer sizes of 1″, 1 1/2″, 2″, 2 1/2″, and 3″. All our metallic and plastic pumps can be converted into powder pumps. With a one-click discharge function that solves the problem of powder clogging inside the pumps for end-users, our pumps also perform well with high bulk density powders (powders ≤1200 kg/m³ are compatible with our pumps). The simple regulator design helps users save more time during operation.
